Event Branding: Page Banners, Sharing Frames, and Logos on Saved Photos

Learn where PikFind’s event branding features appear. Understand participant-page banners, sharing frames, and the branding conditions for downloaded images.

A logo on the event page and a logo on a photo saved by a participant belong to different outputs. Before uploading a logo, decide which screens and images should show it.

This guide explains the distinctions to check when using PikFind’s event brand, sponsor banners, and photo sharing features. Review the settings and previews so organizers and participants can expect the same result.

The event page is where participants begin finding photos

Prepare the event name and brand presentation in the event design settings. Participants enter this page through a QR code or link to find photos. A name and instructions that make the event immediately recognizable help them begin searching.

Sponsor banners are a separate placement within the page. Setting a logo does not add the same banner to every photo file. Check the banner image and destination address, then preview the screen participants will open.

A sharing frame is used in an image when sharing a photo

Sharing with an event frame helps participants pass along the photo together with the event’s visual identity. First check that the frame does not cover faces or important parts of the scene.

Sharing frames and images saved to a device follow separate policies. Check the actual sharing screen and saved result individually so you do not tell participants that the appearance selected for sharing applies identically to all downloaded photos.

Logos on saved photos depend on the event tier and settings

Photos saved from Free events currently include PikFind branding. Pro events can use the organizer’s chosen logo and branding options. If you need a saved copy without a logo, you also need to check the Pro event settings.

Check the preview with one photo before explaining the result to participants. Do not describe branding as handling retention of the original camera files or a promise to deliver separate files. These settings control the appearance of the images provided to participants.

After running banners, review what was recorded

Event analytics lets you review visits, searches, and downloads, while Pro events can access aggregate banner-related data. The Festival tier is required to issue reports for individual brands or use report viewing links and PDFs.

A record that a brand was displayed and a purchase outcome are different information. Use the data to decide whether to change banner placement or announcement timing at the next event, without describing unobserved revenue or total reach as measured values.
