Which one is right for me?

Creating events is always free. You only pay for the photos you upload.

Free — meetups, clubs, small parties

The 1,000 photos you get at sign-up go a long way. Photos stay for 90 days, with a small PikFind mark on saved photos.

Pro — ticketed events, company events

10,000 photos with 3 photographers uploading together. Ads disappear, your logo takes their place, storage runs 365 days, and you get exposure data.

Festival — big events with several sponsors

30,000 photos · 10 photographers · 730-day storage. The difference from Pro: every sponsor gets its own numbers.

Annual pass — photographers who shoot all year

12 Pro events over one year, each with 10,000 photos included. No per-event checkout.

Brand exposure — three spots for logos.

On photos · the search screen · the results list. Upload your own images to fill them. No sponsors? Use it for the event logo.

Exposure data — numbers that raise sponsorship fees.

Saves · impressions · viewers · searches · per spot. Counts come with ratios and with how they were counted. We never invent ad-value estimates — only what can be counted.

Pro vs Festival is about depth.

Pro shows event totals. Festival adds per-brand splits, PDF and a sponsor view link — for events where each sponsor asks for its own numbers.
