Yes, there is no photo limit. At that scale a quote beats self-serve pricing — reach out before the event and we prepare for your size.
What if I run out of photos or need longer storage?
Buy it from the dashboard when you need it: 5,000 photos $29, 20,000 photos $89, or one more year of storage $15. Top-ups stay in your account and never expire.
Is there a plan for photographers who shoot many events?
Yes, the annual pass. It opens 12 Pro events over one year for $269. Buy it from Add photos in the dashboard.
Do I pay every month?
No. You pay once when you need it. Nothing renews and there is no subscription — if you never pay, the free tier keeps working.
Do I need sponsors?
No. The logo slots are most often used for the event logo itself, and that logo travels with every photo guests save.
What changes if I stay free?
Guests see ads on screen, and saved photos carry a small PikFind mark at the bottom center. Face search and guest counts are unlimited. Upgrading to Pro removes the ads and the mark.
Any strings on the free 1,000 photos?
Fill in your artist profile after sign-up and they land right then. No card, no expiry. Like top-ups, they sit in your account and can be spread across events.
