CONFERENCES · SYMPOSIUMS · CORPORATE EVENTS

20,000 photos. Each attendee gets their own first, from one selfie.

Your secretariat shares one event link. Attendees open it, take a selfie and see the photos they appear in first. No app, no sign-up, and international guests see the page in their own language.

What the secretariat is left with after the event

Tens of thousands of photos, one folder link

Attendees scroll a little and stop — then email the secretariat asking for "just my photos".

International guests look after they fly home

If the notice is not in their language they give up. The attendee page follows the browser language (English, Korean, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese).

Portrait and privacy questions

You need a clear answer when someone asks to take a photo down or how face data is handled.

Sponsor and HQ reporting

You need numbers on how often photos were viewed and saved to justify the next sponsorship and budget.

Three steps to run it

  1. Your photo team uploads

Invite photographers as a team (up to 10 on Festival). Upload in batches during the event — in the case above, photos typically became searchable within about 20 minutes.

  2. The secretariat shares one link

Put the event link in a QR code, SMS, email or event app. The Brand tier opens on your own event domain with your logo.

  3. Attendees search with a selfie

Confident matches and possible matches are shown separately. Attendees download single photos or everything at once.

Privacy and portrait rights

  • Search selfies are not stored; they are deleted right after processing.
  • Face search runs only within that event’s photos.
  • When an attendee asks for a photo to be removed, it comes off the public page immediately — 15 photos were handled this way in the case above.
  • When you turn on face search you record how attendee consent was collected (registration form, ticket terms or written consent).

FAQ

How many photos can we upload?

Festival covers up to 30,000 photos. For more, or for several events at once, we agree an Enterprise plan.

Is search available on the day?

Photos are analysed in order and become searchable as each one finishes. In the case above (21,688 photos) uploads typically became searchable within about 20 minutes. For large events, tell us your upload schedule and we will plan it with you.

Do attendees need an app or an account?

No. They open the link and take a selfie.

What about photos without a visible face?

Backs of heads and very distant shots cannot be found by face. Open browsing by session or folder so attendees can look for those themselves.

How do quotes and payment work?

Email us the event name, dates and expected photo count, and we will send a quote and payment options.

For your next conference, send a way to find photos — not a folder.
