1. What the service does
PikFind lets organizers and photographers share event photos.
Guests can find and save their own photos.
Creating an account or completing a purchase means accepting these terms.
2. Responsibility for uploaded photos
The organizer or photographer who uploads photos is responsible for them and face data.
PikFind stores and delivers them following that person’s instructions.
Uploaders need the rights, notices, and consent for photos, face search, and ads.
They must keep proof, and PikFind may ask to see it.
We may stop face search if proof is missing or the use may be unlawful.
PikFind is not for children under 14.
Events with minors need guardian notice and consent for photos, publishing, and face search.
Do not use face search when that notice and consent cannot be obtained.
3. How face search works
Face search starts turned off.
A searcher must confirm the selfie is of them or someone they legally represent.
With clear consent for each search, we use the selfie only while finding photos.
We do not save the selfie.
Number information used to find a face is used only within that event.
We do not sell it or use it for ads, AI training, or searches in other events.
Guests can withdraw consent or ask to hide, delete, or blur a confirmed face.
We immediately hide the requested photo from guest screens while we check the request.
4. How long we keep photos
We keep Basic event photos for 90 days from activation.
We keep Pro event photos for 365 days from activation.
Account or event deletion has a 7-day recovery period.
We permanently delete expired events after 14 days.
5. Payment, cancellation, and refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
This applies before Pro activation, photo credits, or a storage extension begins.
After service begins, the refund follows the law and excludes what was already provided.
Request it by support email or through the service inquiry page.
After the payment provider confirms the refund, we adjust the order and benefits.
We then tell you the result.
6. Free mark and Pro branding
Free-event downloads have a small PikFind mark in the corner.
Pro can remove it or replace it with event or sponsor branding.
Organizers are responsible for the ads, text, links, and logos they add.
7. Things you must not do
Do not infringe rights, search faces without permission, bypass security, or send automated bulk requests.
Do not upload illegal content.
We may limit access for violations or urgent safety risks.
Where practical, we explain why and how to appeal.
For unavoidable outages without intent or gross negligence, we first restore or re-provide the service.
Where law allows, our liability is limited to fees paid for that service in the prior 12 months.
8. When there is a problem
Korean law applies.
We first try to resolve disputes through support.
Unresolved disputes go to the court set by Korean civil procedure.
We announce material changes before they take effect and keep earlier versions.
